Arrived yesterday late afternoon after 2 plane rides and some interesting taxis …First taxi was an ancient Lincoln that had to tie our bags down with bunji cords and the second probably the most unroadworthy car we have ever been in ..  most things from door handles to wipers to the windscreen was bust but surprisingly somehow through the torrential rain it got us to our very welcoming apartment.  And then there was the boat from Belize to Ambergris Caye…Wow what stunning views and experience. Even had a hawker wiith gold plated teeth selling very tasty banana chips onboard..yummy! …It took about 90min.
