Sunday 30th ….Getting into a routine

Well we are starting to get into some kind of a routine now. On Thursday evening all in the family had a part on the meeting. We had 25 in attendance and afterwards a number went for some delicious icecreams at a store in town😆.

Friday we tried the trolley witnessing for the first time on the square in San Pedro town (known here as ‘central park’). We had our youngest interest ever when a small boy of 6, Josh came to sit next to us . His parents have a stall on the square. He was full of questions and we showed him pictures in a few brochures and taught him the story of Adam and Eve…We now have a return visit for a Bible storybook.

Saturday morning ministry started with some street work on the beach before heading to the group at the hall…As we arrived at the hall on our golf cart, a man and his young son approached Bronwyn and Nikita and asked if we go to this church and what time our mass was. He had a keen desire to learn and teach his son about God from young. We told him about the meetings and demonstrated a Bible study to him. We have made arrangements to meet him for the meeting this morning. Bronwyn asked if he had been to one of our meetings before He replied “no, as he has been waiting for an invitation”…will keep you up to date on how this progresses . Surprisingly experiences like these seem quite normal to the bro&sis here and it seems to happen quite regularly that individuals or whole families ask for studies.

  1. How lovely is that, the parents want the children to know God, quite the opposite here ! And waiting for an invatation! A good reminder to keep leaflets in your bag !
